Woodside Master Plan & Home Office
Working in close association with Lutsko Associates, landscape architects, GHA master-planned transformations to this ranch house based upon a careful analysis of its beautiful wooded site. The design preserves the character of a unique postwar home while nearly doubling it’s square footage and changing its functional arrangement. The new configuration activates a new entry courtyard, frames an existing play area and provides solar shading and natural ventilation throughout the house.
The project also included an award winning renovation of an eighty year old water tower into a home office.
