We are proud of our 16 year working relationship (as of 2024) with Habitat East Bay / Silicon Valley (HEBSV); a partnership which has resulted in the construction of nearly 50 genuinely affordable housing units throughout the Bay, with over one hundred more currently in feasibility or permitting stages.

As with all of our Habitat jobs, the design process involved meetings with community groups, City agencies, and close collaboration with project civil, structural, MEP engineers, and landscape architect.
