Berkeley Flats Remodel

Avid urban farmers, the clients for this extensive remodel sought to create space for their growing family without significantly expanding the footprint of their home. We designed a basement remodel, all new kitchen and other main level renovations. The project also includes water-smart rainwater harvesting and greywater irrigation systems.
